Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases made on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

2. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through secure, encrypted payment providers.

3. Delivery. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping page for details.

4. Returns. Your right of withdrawal and returns are described on our Returns & Refunds page.

5. Product use. AIRFORGE™ is a fitness training accessory, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a respiratory, cardiovascular or other medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether it's suitable for you, consult your doctor before use. Stop using it if you feel dizzy or unwell.

6. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for losses resulting from misuse of the product or failure to follow its instructions.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
